How Can I Order Online?

First you must be a registered user to order online. Login your user name then add all your required books or your favorite products to your shopping cart.

Submit your order securely to us via this web site. Visit us again after you have placed your order to easily track your shipment and view order history. You can even choose to pick up your order in the store at no additional cost!

What is the Shipping Policy?

We offer 4 Shipping Options:

*Bookstore Standard (NDC):  Order will be shipped from our Notre Dame Location to the address provided by the customer.
*Pick Up at Notre Dame:  Order will be held at the Customer Service Desk of our Notre Dame location for the customer.
*Bookstore Standard (EDC):  Order will be shipped from our Exchange Location to the address provided by the customer.
*Pick Up at Exchange District Campus:  Order will be held at the Customer Service Desk of our Exchange District location for the customer.

* $10.00 shipping on orders of $150.00 or less.

* $12.00 shipping on orders between $151.01 and $250.00

* Free Shipping on any order over $250.00

 On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

What is the Return Policy?

We are confident that you will enjoy our products. So confident that if you are not completely satisfied, you may return items purchased within 10 days from the day you received your order and receive a full refund. All items must be returned in the original mint condition. No refunds or exchanges on sale items, opened shrink-wrapped packages or texts accompanied by CD's, or pin codes.

The original receipt/packing slip must be included with each return/exchange. Without this documentation no credit can be issued.

Return Policy Instructions

Include the packing slip and receipt (receipt can be reprinted on the order history page) with your return. Repackage your item(s) in the original packaging or in an appropriate cardboard box. Using packing material (e.g. Styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap, etc) around your item(s), pack and tape your package securely. Select a carrier that offers you the option to insure and track your package. UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post all offer this option. Insuring and tracking your package protects you as the shipper and helps ensure your shipment goes to the correct destination in the same condition it was as when you sent it. Write down your tracking number and keep it until The Campus store has refunded your money.

Arrange for a carrier to pick up your package or drop it off with the carrier. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable, unless due to our error. No credit is given for lost or damaged packages in route to the Campus Store. Please insure and track your package. Returns to The Campus Store will be refunded to the original credit card or account used for payment unless a different payment option was selected. A refund will be posted to your credit card or account once your return is received and processed. Processing times for returns vary, and may take up to 30 days from the day the return is received for a credit to be transmitted to your credit card or account. It normally takes 2-10 business days for financial institutions to process the transmitted credit request.
