How Can I Order Online?

Welcome to RRC Campus Store E-Commerce site. If this is your first time visiting us you will have to create a user account in order to place an order. For students and staff of the college please be advised that your Red River College credentials are not automatically attached to our E-Commerce site. You too will have to create an account.

Submit your order securely to us via this web site. You will receive an automatic reply indicating we have received your order. Once your order has been completed you will receive an email from weborders@rrc.ca


What methods of payment can I use to pay for my order?

  • AR (Sponsor Student): For students whose course materials are being covered by a third party agency. You will be asked to provide your RRC Polytech student number if you select this payment option and your account will need to be “Active” for a charge to be accepted.
  • Mastercard*
  • Visa*
  • Prepaid Visa or Mastercard: Available from most grocery stores.


Returns

RRC Polytech Campus Store accepts returns within 10 business days from the day of purchase. For web orders the item may be returned within 10 business days from the day you received your order. Item(s) must be in their original mint condition. The condition will be determined by store staff at the time the item is received at the store.

The following items are FINAL SALE (no refunds or exchanges):

  • PPE (personal protection equipment)
  • Nursing Skill Kits
  • Culinary & Baking Kits
  • Barcharts/Quickstudy charts
  • Digital Content (eBooks & Access Codes)
  • “Sale/Clearance” Items
  • Items not in their original packaging
  • Confectionary products
  • Health & Hygiene products

The original receipt/packing slip is required for each return/exchange. Without this documentation no credit can be issued.

The refund will be applied to the original method of payment and it may take up to 30 days from the day the return is received for a credit to be applied your credit card or account.

Any refund of items purchased using a Debit Card must be processed in person.

Any refund of items purchased via a Sponsorship Account will be refunded back onto that account.


Return Policy Instructions

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and the original shipping charge is not refundable, unless the item being returned is due to Campus Store error. When shipping a return to the RRC Campus Store please include the packing slip /receipt (web order receipt can be reprinted on the order history page). Please use appropriate packaging and packing material to ensure the items arrive at the Campus Store undamaged. No credit will be given for items damaged or lost en route to the Campus Store.

We suggest you select a carrier that offers you the option to insure and track your package. UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post all offer this option. Insuring and tracking your package protects you as the shipper and helps ensure your shipment goes to the correct destination in the same condition it was as when you sent it. Write down your tracking number and keep it until The Campus Store has refunded your money.


Course Material Info

  • The average turnaround time on processing a weborder is approximatley 2 business days. At the beginning of each term this time increases to 7 business days.
  • For any orders that are being picked up, please note that you have 14 days from the date the confirmation email was sent to pick up your order. If you do not pick up your order within this time frame your order will be refunded and re-shelved.
