How Can I Order Online?

Welcome to RRC Campus Store E-Commerce site. If this is your first time visiting us you will have to create a user account in order to place an order. For students and staff of the college please be advised that your Red River College credentials are not automatically attached to our E-Commerce site. You too will have to create an account.

Submit your order securely to us via this web site. You will receive an automatic reply indicating we have received your order. Once your order has been completed you will receive an email from weborders@rrc.ca


What methods of payment can I use to pay for my order?


  • AR (Sponsor Student): For students whose course materials are being covered by a third party agency.  You will  be asked to provide your RRC student number if you select this payment option and your account will need to be “Active” for a charge to be accepted.
  • Mastercard*
  • Visa*

       *We do not accept Debit cards so a combined Visa/Debit or Mastercard/Debit card will be declined when we process your order.

  • Prepaid Visa or Mastercard:  Available from most grocery stores.

 


What is the Shipping Policy?

 

*Bookstore Standard (NDC):  Order will be shipped via Canada Post from our Notre Dame Location to the address provided by the customer.

*Bookstore Standard (EDC):  Order will be shipped via Canada Post from our Exchange Location to the address provided by the customer.

 *Email – Online Access Code: This option is only available on products with the binding type of “Ebook”, “Access Code” or “Digital Content”. If the binding is not any of these, the product is only available in its’ printed format and will have to be shipped via Canada Post.

 The average turnaround time on a web order is 3 business days within the city of Winnipeg and 5 business days within the province of Manitoba. This time frame does expand at the beginning of each term as the number of web orders increase.

 *Shipping Costs within the Province of Manitoba:

  • $10.00 on shipping on orders $150.00 or less

  • $12.00 on shipping on orders between $151.01 and $250.00

  • Free shipping on any order over $250.00

Onsite Pickup

 Beginning August 18th we will be offering onsite pickup option for the fall term.

 If you choose to pick up your web order on campus please check out the college’s ‘return to campus’ webpage and ensure that you follow the required protocol. https://www.rrc.ca/coronavirus/faq/#returning-students.

  •  Pick up at Notre Dame Campus:   You will be notified by email that your order is ready. Do not come onsite until you have received this email.

  •  Pick up at Exchange District Campus:  You will be notified by email that your order is ready. Do not come onsite until you have received this email.




What is the Return Policy?

RRC Campus Store does accept returns within 10 business days from the day of purchase. For web orders the item may be returned within 10 business days from the day you received your order. Item(s) must be in their original mint condition. The condition will be determined by store staff at the time the item is returned.

There are no refunds or exchanges on “Sale/Clearance” items, opened shrink-wrapped product or boxed sets, or items containing an Access Code.

The original receipt/packing slip must be included with each return/exchange. Without this documentation no credit can be issued.

The refund will be applied to the original method of payment and it may take may take up to 30 days from the day the return is received for a credit to be applied your credit card or account.

Return Policy Instructions

*Web Order: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and the original shipping charge is not refundable, unless the item being returned is due to Campus Store error. When shipping a return to the RRC Campus Store please include the packing slip /receipt (web order receipt can be reprinted on the order history page). Please use appropriate packaging and packing material to ensure the items arrive at the Campus Store undamaged. No credit will be given for items damaged or lost en route to the Campus Store.

We suggest you select a carrier that offers you the option to insure and track your package. UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post all offer this option. Insuring and tracking your package protects you as the shipper and helps ensure your shipment goes to the correct destination in the same condition it was as when you sent it. Write down your tracking number and keep it until The Campus Store has refunded your money.
