What is the Shipping Policy?
Bookstore Standard (NDC):
Order will be shipped via Canada Post from our Notre Dame Location to the address provided by the customer.
Bookstore Standard (EDC):
Order will be shipped via Canada Post from our Exchange Location to the address provided by the customer.
Email – Online Access Code:
This option is only available on products with the binding type of “Ebook”, “Access Code” or “Digital Content”. If the binding is not any of these, the product is only available in its’ printed format and will have to be shipped via Canada Post.
The average turnaround time on a web order is 3 business days within the city of Winnipeg and 5 business days within the province of Manitoba. This time frame does expand at the beginning of each term as the number of web orders increase.
Shipping Costs within the Province of Manitoba:
- $10.00 on shipping on orders $150.00 or less
- $12.00 on shipping on orders between $151.01 and $250.00
- Free shipping on any order over $250.00
